The couple pleaded guilty this past March on several counts of bank and mail fraud. In July, they were indicted on a total of 41 counts. For the complete timeline, click here.
With four daughters at home, the judge is allowing Teresa to serve her time beginning Jan. 5, after the holidays, and before her husband's.
